BusCall

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026.

BusCall is operated by Cumberland Coast LLC, Norcross, Georgia. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect. What you enter to run a tour: shows, schedules, crew names and contact details, hotels, guest lists, deal terms, settlements, per diems and expenses. Account details: name, email, phone. Usage records: an audit log of who changed what, and when, inside a tour. Marketing contacts: if you ask for a demo or sign up for updates, your name, email and what you asked for. Website visits: pages viewed and how you arrived, measured by analytics tools.

Why. To run your tour and show it to the people you choose. To answer “who changed this” when you ask. To bill you, once billing exists. To send the updates and campaigns you signed up for, and to understand which ones work. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

AI features. When you use an AI feature (advancing, the assistant, Road Notes drafting), the text you submit and the tour context it needs are sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the result. We do not use your data to train models, and our agreement with Anthropic does not allow them to either.

Who sees your data. People you add to a tour, with the permissions you give them. Anyone you send a share link to, for exactly what that link shows. Nobody else, except the services that host BusCall (Vercel, Neon) and the AI provider above, each under contract.

Road Notes. Notes crews post about venues, cities and promoters are shared with other BusCall users by design. They are never sold, licensed or shared outside BusCall without opt-in from the people who wrote them.

Your data is yours. Export everything in your tour at any time, as CSV and JSON, from inside the app. Ask us to delete your account and tour data and we will, within 30 days, except where we must keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Access inside BusCall is governed by per-person permissions and recorded in an audit log.

Cookies. Inside the app, one session cookie keeps you signed in. Our public website may use analytics and marketing cookies to measure visits and campaigns. Where the law requires it, we ask before setting them, and you can decline. Tour data inside the app is never used for advertising.

Children. BusCall is for working professionals and not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new date. Questions: hello@buscall.ai.
